"The verdict is in" at least in our opinion - Shanghai is second to no other Meyer bred bull - Not only has he got the extremely deep rib, and clean front, and square hip, Shanghai' calves show the exact same characteristics, have a very mild temperament, and calve very easily. We have bred all our heifers to Shanghai, and have no reported problems calving. If there could be a perfect bull to use in purebred programs, and club calf programs, Shanghai is as close to the perfect fit as can be.
